Unprofessional and unreliable

Enquired about a case 2.5 weeks ago, had to chase back 3 times until finally on the third time I received a call back by the trainee solicitor who mentioned money as the first thing to throw me off like it was an issue and basically explained how we don't take driving cases but however previously they have tried to take on my driving case. More important the tone/ mannerism of the short phone call I had was in a way that they didn't want to engage with me and can't wait to get on with their day.

I was looked after by Rober Travis. He was excellent. I was very worried about the predicament that I'd found my self in. Robert had already found key information in police recordings that I never knew existed. His attention to detail was fantastic. I always got a text, email or call back very quickly.
