Fantastic service from a first class company ,my solicitor lina Tsui-cheung who helped me with serous historical allegation’s ,was first class her professional work ethic skill set knowledge was of the highest order , I have no hesitation in advising any body who needs help to contact the company and speak to their solicitors, lina was fantastic she was helpful polite always on the ball e mailed and called when due to , I was extremely scared nervous and worried throughout my ordeal, but lina had a great way of relaxing me and her words of encouragement helped me enormously in my hour of need .her work is of the highest order and I would advise anyone to use Clifford Johnson , and I particular Lina .

Jared McNally at Cliffford Johnston & Co really understood and built up my case well. He and his team have a great package for regulatory cases which in my case included early access to a Barrister. Jared and the team took great care in presenting my case and came up with some great points from their detailed review of the evidence. I was really proud of the submissions they put forward on my behalf and they put the evidence I already had in a really persuasive way. The result was an overwhelmingly successful outcome, which has been a huge weight off my mind. Regulatory cases are stressful and time-consuming. Jared's work ethic stands out as superb and this is very helpful. It is really helpful for well-being to have someone who is clearly working so hard back for you- that is Jared. One of my wonderful witnesses was very proud to tell me that after emailing Jared a lengthy document at 1pm on a Sunday, he received a detailed reply just a few hours later. Jared didn't have to do that and we all hope he does get some good rest. But he did and it means a lot to me. All communications were very clear and efficient; I was constantly updated, and they responded quickly to my queries. And finally, their efforts resulted in me being very happy with the outcome. Jared is simply fantastic. He was very professional, would answer questions I had without issue and would respond even out of hours when I got an auto responder that he wasn't available. Jared put in 100% effort and I got a result that I'm more than happy with, it felt like nothing was too small for him to be willing to take on. I instructed Jared McNally for a regulatory matter - a vexatious complaint from events nearly 20 years ago. Though the agency involved took a very long time to clear me with no case to answer, Jared's diligence, perspicacious advice, and belief in my integrity were all I could have asked for. He is a very decent human being and utterly committed to his client. Allegations of this nature are extremely stressful, and in my case compounded by a long history of harassment.
