    Excellent communication and Professional Service

    We had a very positive experience working with Paige. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and we were always kept updated on progress. Paige was proactive in moving things forward and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Throughout the process they remained professional and efficient.     Friendly, completed on time

    Very competent service, provided comprehensive support for a sale and purchase. At times, communication could be improved (I suspect there is a resource issue here) but everything completed on time so happy with the service in the end.

    Our experience with Elmhirst Parker and Daniel in particular was excellent. We used them for both our sale and purchase and we couldn't have been happier. Daniel was really responsive to our emails and enquiries, and provided really good advice and suggestions where required. Our sellers solicitors were not the most responsive or helpful but Daniel continually kept us updated and pushed as best as he could. We were keen to complete in advance of the stamp duty changes and with some effort from us and the solicitors we managed to do just that. Alix was also great at keeping us informed, particularly on completion day but also in dealing with a query a few days after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elmhirst Parker.

From the initial contact right until moving day, she provided a very professional and effective service. Communication was second to none and responded immediately to email and phone calls.       Paige was incredible from start to finish

      Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

      In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

      Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
