    Simon was very thorough and professional and talked me through a complex and lengthy document at an appropriate pace, regularly summarising the details and ensuring I had understood the information.     Fantastic and very professional from start to finish.

    Nichola and the whole team were very professional from start to finish of a very long and hard case and also very supportive and understanding throughout a very difficult time also. They always understood and also were very professional in guiding myself through the whole case to be able to get the best possible outcome and achieved it and myself and my whole family couldn't be any happier and can now live a happy life I would most certainly recommend them to anyone in the future.     I had an excellent experience with Pepperells, particularly with Philippa Macfarlane and Nichola Skayman, who supported me through a very sensitive and challenging situation. From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. I felt fully informed at each stage of the process, and any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. The clarity of communication throughout made me feel calm, informed and heard, which made a significant difference during what could have been an overwhelming time. Both Philippa and Nichola handled my matter with care, professionalism, and efficiency. I felt listened to, safe, and supported throughout, and their attention to detail ensured that everything progressed smoothly. I would also like to acknowledge the barrister arranged through Pepperells, Alex Nixon-Moss who supported me on the day of the hearing and helped me feel calm, safe and well-informed. The court process was conducted with appropriate safety measures in place, which further reassured me throughout.     Called theses today who assisted me quickly and professionally I spoke with Lisa the solicitor who gave me the advice I needed and Victoria the receptionist.       Paige was incredible from start to finish

      Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

      In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
