      Tara was amazing - I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their property

      I have used RFB previously when buying my property, but this was my first time working with Tara during the conveyancing process for the sale of the same property.       Harry recently helped myself and my partner move house whiles acting as our solicitor. Harry was absolutely spot on with everything and is a huge credit to the RFB Legal team. We were first time buyers so had not experienced buying a house before. Harry reassured us along the way every time we needed him. Very honest and great communications throughout emails and phone calls and in person appointments.       Mark Toland and Suzanne Nasery were both Outstanding. Re-mortgaging two Commercial HMO properties with Castle Trust but able to turn it around from instruction to completion in only 2 weeks was Unbelievable. Direct and fluid conversation and communication puts Mark and Suzanne above the rest. Our experience was fantastic and will spur us on to re-invest and re-mortgage further. If your are re-mortgaging HMO and Commercial and drawing down on equity Mark and Suzanne will deliver where we have had numerous experiences in the past where panel Solicitors are woeful and will not get into dialogue and just keyboard warriors which in Business really does not assure you as an Investor and then feel just a number. RFB and Mark and Suzanne smashed it where other fail.
