Think twice before you use this firm

Very unsatisfactory meeting
I was advised to pay for a fixed fee £200 session rather than a free 30 minute session as my case was quite complicated. Firstly I received no other information other than I already knew and had provided to them. I felt the service I received did not match the cost by a long way. Secondly I received a closure of account letter stating a final invoice had been issued and once paid this would close the case -on phoning to query this, they checked the records and discovered there was no final invoice due, and it was just a typo'!! I said, to tell client they owed more money was not 'just a typo' ands the gentleman who I spoke to says it happens all the time... to which my response was this is highly unprofessional. He was very abrupt and seemed to just want to get. me off the phone. I would;d strongly suggest to anyone else considering using this company to think twice before engaging them as the way they handle complaints is very unprofessional.
