A long overdue review. Hayley Butler represented me in the purchase of my first property, and although the process was quite stressful at times, she and her assistant stayed on top of everything throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, which made a significant difference during what turned out to be a lengthy process. It was a genuine pleasure working with her. Hayley remained professional at all times and delivered a first-class service. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her services again.

The solicitor and her staff were highly professional in handling my late wife's estate, in updating my will and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney. I have no legal training, and found particularly useful the details and terminology being explained to me clearly in terms I could understand, followed up with clear and cogent written notes that I could refer to subsequently. The manner of all the staff involved, both legal and administrative, was professional and correct but friendly and supportive at a difficult time of bereavement. Much appreciated.

It is required that a clear roadmap for the process is set out and then the same for the financial side. So it can be addressed in steps and reduce stress and financial pressure. This is not done and I think should be done in all cases. In addition it would be perfect if you can offer financial options to pay for legal services such as a payment plan. This allows the cost to be spread over time and provides certainty.
