RedKite was thoroughly professional in the carrying out of the house sale and I have no issues in recommending them.

Great service, very thorough and extremely helpful and informative.

If I could give 0 stars I would they said i 100% had a case dragged it out for over a year then said no we not doing it absolutely horse .... I got videos and everything where staff at hospital was rude and purposefully left me with no food everyday for a week because they whwre ment to do surgery but nope and I was left 2 weeks with a broken ankle wich has caused nothing but me now unable to work or walk due to how long it took them to do but nope. Even my gp have said they took to long and should have sorted it I am now unable to work I am permanently unable to walk

Very pleased with the conveyancing team at Stonehouse. Very efficient and very good communication. Will use again. Thank you

Expect your bill to be 3x their estimate. For work they didn’t tell you they were going to carry out without your permission. They didn’t let me know they had spent all the money on account and then all of a sudden my bill was more than double .. They then charged me an additional 1k for reading an email asking for a further quote on another task for reviewing files without my consent. Absolutely heartbreaking to be honest. Adding more stress to my already heartbreakingly stressful situation. I genuinely wish I never got in contact with them.
