From contact to meeting everything made simple. They gave me list of what was needed. I did much of the information collection which helped and just collected probate forms. Had a discussion about how to administer the estate. The fee was about what I expected.

Represented me in a probate matter for 9 months and then ended my retainer 45 minutes after I called to raise concerns about the level of service. They stated that they were cancelling the retainer due to a 'conflict of interest' but declined to state what that conflict of interest was. Now dealing with the SRA, Legal Ombudsman and the ICO due to the unprofessional and high-handed manner in which they dealt with me after ending the retainer. A little less professional arrogance and a little more humility would be a lesson learnt for this firm.

Very disappointed with the complete lack of response from the intake team. I contacted Longmores to request a quote for estate planning (Wills and LPAs) as we wanted to use a local firm. Despite reaching out, I have been met with total silence and no follow-up. While their existing reviews look strong, their initial client onboarding and communication have been incredibly poor in my experience. I will be taking our business elsewhere to a firm that values communication.

I would definitely recommend longmores. They made selling our late mum's listed property hassle free.

I have used Uzma on a number of occasions for conveyancing and I have been very impressed with the service. Buying and selling property is quite stressful already and knowing Uzma is on the case takes one of the worries away. Highly recommend!

Karen Fletcher and Lynsey Thompson were extremely efficient and pleasant throughout the whole process of selling our house. The legalities required extra work with the land registry which they dealt with, keeping us informed of progress all the way. It made everything much easier and stress free for us.

Wanting to make an enquiry about their services. After several calls and a visit to the office, every time promised a call back….. nothing! Very disappointing.
