Our feedback relates only to the provision of Will drafting services, other services we have received from Brachers (conveyancing and property ownership transfer) were well performed.
We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the service we received from Brachers, specifically:
1) The first draft we received was over complex and not appropriate to our needs; and
2) One of the second drafts sent to us, in Brachers opinion ready to be signed, contained basic drafting errors indicative of a lack of care and/or oversight.
In view of the above:
1) we terminated the relationship with Brachers and we will not be using their services again; and
2) we do not think that the services received represents value for money.
