    I cannot recommend this company enough. My mother had Alzheimer's and my first contact was with Louise who assisted me with the paperwork for Deputyship and she was totally amazing. Once Mum passed away Louise and Scott McCarthy were once again super helpful, approachable and professional.

      Rebecca Hodge is a credit to your firm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first (and hopefully only!) time I've used a solicitor for a personal injury claim and I was very happy with the outcome. Being new to legal matters some of the letters could be a bit scary as its not something I've had to understand before.       Russell and Russell were, without doubt, the most disappointing solicitors I have ever dealt with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to think carefully before proceeding. The entire process appeared poorly managed, with important tasks repeatedly left until the last minute, resulting in unnecessary stress and delays. There seemed to be little accountability when mistakes were made, and the level of customer service was extremely poor throughout.
