Understanding, professional and supportive are just a few of the words I would use about Adele and her team from Harrison Drury. Adele was always striving for the best outcome for me whilst at the same time trying to reach a resolution expeditiously in order to keep the costs to a minimum. No one enjoys having to pay for legal representation but for what this case cost me to fight, I've retained five times more than that amount in pension that I could have potentially lost. Child arrangements case - Jenna Atkinson

Jenna was quite simply AMAZING!! From start to finish Jenna and her team acted with complete professionalism, empathy, compassion and accuracy. I had complete confidence in her at all times and the standards to which Jenna works to are to be admired and commended, the barrister on the day commented that the preparation of my documents was second to none and certainly helped us achieve the right outcome. Jenna and her co worker Olivia have both been superb communicators all the way through and I have never had to chase anything or wait any long period of time for them to get back to me. I would thoroughly recommend Jenna to anyone going through any family issues. She is a very special person and fantastic at her job and Olivia is certainly following suit. Thank you again ladies, you're the best.

I had the unfortunate experience to instruct HD to represent me. They fabricated calls and the calls they did have with me was Jenna explaining to me about her future ambitions, her sons birthday, Ant and Dec game shows and the strategy she’d have if she was on the game show. When I tried to steer her on track I was told “don’t worry I don’t charge for all this I like to build a rapport”. She then continued to charge me >£5,000 for calls that never occurred, working on things she was not instructed to work on and despite being told to stop billed for continuing to work on items and even consulted senior solicitors on items she was told not to work on and that only need a basic grasp of maths. I was quoted £5,000 from start to finish. Almost £5,000 in one month and Jenna did not start on my child arrangements and billed me for work I begged her to not do.

I want to share my experience with Spence Law, particularly for other men who may find themselves navigating a difficult divorce or separation. My ex-partner was represented by Spence Law during our family court proceedings, where fabricated accusations of domestic abuse and financial control were made against me. Despite evidence proving the exact opposite, these allegations were taken at face value, causing immense emotional and financial strain. Spence Law facilitated these claims without requiring evidence, perpetuating false narratives that were later disproven in court. I urge other men to stay strong if they face similar situations, as truth and fairness can prevail despite the challenges. While I understand that solicitors represent their clients’ interests, I would encourage Spence Law to consider the broader impact of enabling baseless allegations and the harm caused to innocent parties.

Not proactive or helpful, we do not trust these solicitors.

We used these solicitors for the sale of our house, we made a mistake, we do not trust these solicitors to look after our best interests, after 6 months the no chain buyer pulled out, our house is up for sale again and we will use a different solicitor. The original member of staff dealing our case left with no notice and then the solicitor dealing with our case also left the company. The first thing the replacement member of staff did was to send us a bill for over 2K for the failed sale they called abortive.
