We recently completed on a house purchase and Jennifer Snape based at Napthens' Preston office was fantastic. Jenny understood that in our particular circumstances it was imperative that this purchase completed ASAP and the whole transaction from us putting in an offer and instructing Jenny to completion and us getting the keys took just 8 weeks. She handled everything efficiently and we were kept fully informed throughout. The systems Napthens have in place, meant that everything could be done remotely and we didn't even need to attend the office. We had direct contact with Jenny throughout the transaction and she was friendly, easy to deal with and her legal knowledge shone through when discussing various aspects of the transaction. We are very very happy and would recommend Jenny Snape to anyone wanting a conveyancing legal professional on a sale or purchase!
