David is a friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable solicitor. He is a clear, effective communicator in a potentially complex environment. David kept things simple as much as possible and only used legal jargon when necessary and clearly explained all legal related matters. David provided a balanced approach to our situation, highlighting the pros and cons, subsequently recommending the best options for us, both financially and legally going forward. His relevant correspondence to us and 3rd parties was clear and precise using, what we thought was the correct terminology in the right context. There were very few delays, if there were it was due to non action of 3rd parties, but David would keep us updated on a regular basis.

I am extremely happy with Napthens Solicitors. I requested a Will and LPA and Farida (Isaji) explained the process from start to finish. Farida was extremely patient and able to ensure my wishes were met. She produce both documents as I was finding it challenging. Farida was also able to fast track meetings so I could sign the documents. Farida is friendly, professional and polite and was able to provide me with what I needed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Onyeka. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic!! Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done, but Onyeka was there every step of the way, keeping us updated, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. She was always been quick to respond to emails, incredibly thorough and so patient with all of our questions. We always felt like our case was in safe hands, and her communication throughout was excellent. What makes her service even more impressive is that she managed to get us from our offer being accepted to exchanging and completing in just two months. We know that isn’t something that happens by chance, and it’s a real testament to how organised, proactive and dedicated she is. It’s clear how hard she works, and we genuinely appreciate everything she has done to get us over the finish line. We were helped by Sally with the Sale and Purchase of our properties. Sally was diligent, responsive, caring and super tenacious with the other solicitors involved. She made us feel like she truly cared about the speediness of the Sale and related Purchase. For what is supposed to be a stressful process, Sally couldn’t have made it less so. I’d highly recommend this solicitors and in particular, Sally.
