Excellent service from start to finish. The team are very responsive to messages via the app and email. We were kept up to date all the way through and found the app fairly easy to use. BL&J are by far the best solicitors I have dealt with. From phone reception to excellent service from Rachael, Victoria and team - they have made buying our house as stress free as possible. They made themselves available, communicated every step clearly and got us over the line in a friendly and professional way. Ive already recommended them to a friend who is buying a property and she is also so happy to have found them. They are my go to for all legal matters from now on

We have had an excellent service from Rachael & Victoria of BLJ. The app is really useful, any questions or queries can usually be answered through there. As first time buyers we had quite a few of these but nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ve been kept updated at every stage of our purchase from an offer being accepted to completion date. We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Both Rachael and Natasha kept us informed at every stage and were totally focused to ensure inquiries/queries were dealt with as a matter of urgency.
