Horrible solicitors service. They ruin your purchase and charge you expensive fee. Avoid at all cost !!!

The reply from Gilson Grey too there clients unhappy service is unbelievable. Not taken any ownership of the terrible services they have given. Please think twice about using this company. And yes your poor service has crossed my path. Lost an onward purchase due to the lack of interest in response to emails and enquiries....
If I could give less than one star I would,my buyer is going to be homeless as he made the mistake of using this company,they ignore emails didn't do their job and queried something in November which should have been dealt with in August, I will have to put the house back on the market depriving a family of their new home due to only what can be called complete incompetence, I suggest that this company tries to remember that it's people's lives and not just a job, they should hang their heads in shame and cease trading as they do not provide the service they advertise

I was recommended to Gilson Gray Llp by my estate agents William H Brown my appointed Solicitor was Jemima Booker, from my first contact i made with her and her team I felt at ease knowing that my conveyancing was in good hands, all relevant paperwork was issued through out for my attention and for signing they explained everything that was going on stage by stage ,they were always contactable at any time within business hours for any problems ,they made selling my property very easy ,I would recommend Gilson Gray as an excellent company.

My experience was great when it came to update on emails and calls. I would receive forms. Then after I sent it back if I had missed something or needed more info they would reply back that day. On the phone the solicitors and receptionist would explain who's available, what needed to be done etc.

Excellent service all round . Just completed a flat sale with no issues . Dealt with Emma and Joanne . Both were on top of everything.
