Poor communication, slow to respond and really unhelpful

The reply from Gilson Grey too there clients unhappy service is unbelievable. Not taken any ownership of the terrible services they have given. Please think twice about using this company. And yes your poor service has crossed my path. Lost an onward purchase due to the lack of interest in response to emails and enquiries....
If I could give less than one star I would,my buyer is going to be homeless as he made the mistake of using this company,they ignore emails didn't do their job and queried something in November which should have been dealt with in August, I will have to put the house back on the market depriving a family of their new home due to only what can be called complete incompetence, I suggest that this company tries to remember that it's people's lives and not just a job, they should hang their heads in shame and cease trading as they do not provide the service they advertise
Terrible experience buying my home. Almost became homeless because they took so long and my conveyancer shouted at me on the phone when I requested she keep me updated with what was happening. I made a complaint and never received any response
Used these solicitors (Aisha Mathers) for an apartment purchase with the promise they’d deliver quickly. We have to chase them multiple times a week just for updates and usually get ignored. An actual circus.

Gilson Grey managed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property it was great having both under the same roof.They kept us informed about everthing both through the online portal and personal telephone calls, they were always avaiable to answer any questions wether trivial or not.
