    Jacqueline Ross is the best solicitor I have worked with. I have used quite a few different solicitor over the last 10 years for property purchases and remortgages and she is easily the best one.     Conveyancing purchase 49 High Street, NG23 6QA

    My main observation was the apparent lack of understanding when verifying the provenance of funds. The key word in POCA is "suspicion". Once suspicion has been allayed, the search is over. I did work for the United Nations on this very issue so I do know the subject matter. I supplied evidence of this. If I could not verify every last penny after 44 years work, I would say that is normal. I would be far more suspicious in the regulated sector if the subject could! Discretion and judgement are tools needed here and this seemed to be misunderstood/ absent. I think this is a training issue and not the fault of the employee.

    I recommend Ringrose and the approach with an app to see that each stage has been completed. We used the service for a new build and were kept updated on questions with the builders solicitors that needed further investigation. They kept to the agreed timescales and were always professional.

      Far aware from professional

      No contact, hard to contact, poor respond, late information, very poor engagement. Sending other people on court case with poor luck of knowledge about the case. Have me feel like I am already lost. Don’t give me a believe that I am not guilty! Straight judgment- as “ we have done lots of case like that, all are the same”. I had a feel like she is against me straight away
