I experienced a dreadful situation which was a neighbour dispute. My appointed solicitor James Freeman was excellent, i cant thank him enough!!!! After 18 months of pure hell the situation was finally over and it was the dream outcome. James was patient, sympathetic and was prepared to try different approaches to tackle the problem. He was polite and quick to return calls and emails. In contrast the admin staff rarely answered the phone.

Couldn’t recommend Onyeka enough

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Onyeka. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic!! Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done, but Onyeka was there every step of the way, keeping us updated, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. She was always been quick to respond to emails, incredibly thorough and so patient with all of our questions. We always felt like our case was in safe hands, and her communication throughout was excellent. What makes her service even more impressive is that she managed to get us from our offer being accepted to exchanging and completing in just two months. We know that isn’t something that happens by chance, and it’s a real testament to how organised, proactive and dedicated she is. It’s clear how hard she works, and we genuinely appreciate everything she has done to get us over the finish line.
