During what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging times of my life, Jan Povada proved to be an invaluable support and making sure I understood all my options. His genuine care and empathy made a significant difference in my experience. I am deeply grateful for his service and highly recommend him to anyone facing similar circumstances. Should I be in a similar or any other situation in the future I would not be hesitant to ask for Jan to represent me again should the need arise (but hope that this never happens).

Absolutely fantastic 5star service from start to finish I contacted pepperalls about my family predicament on the day i was told care proceedings were be started and adam Glentworth rang me back straight away and was on the case before family proceedings had even been put through for an order his quick fast acting professionalism was outstanding i had a three way call with him introducing hiba haider to me who works along side him and in a closer office to me. As I'm neurodiverse he arrange a meeting in the office for me to file my statements, the staff there are lovely especially Ellie she made us coffees and feel relaxed and comfortable very friendly atmosphere. I met hiba in person she was so proffessional and unstood my complexities as did adam and helped me understand the whole process everything was put in a easy format so I could read weith my complex needs. all meetings court dates times and reasons what was happening on that day were all stipulated on paper so i understood which was excellent. I was kept up to date with everything every step of the way by email and phone calls, If anything changed they made sure I knew. They provided 5star council in court for me and hiba haider attended court also to support me, it was a really hard time but hiba haiders very proffessional confidential honest trustworthy understanding way with my autism helped get me through such a hard time. I would recommend this firm to anyone especially if you have complex disabilities like I have. Thankyou all

The process of writing wills and actioning legal power of attorney was so easy. The legal terms were explained in language we could understand. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and in a friendly manner. We were very happy with the whole process.

completely satisfied with the services and Luke interpretation skills. However it is sad that in this day and age, wills are written in a legalise jargon that the intelligent layperson cannot fully comprehend and therefore you have to interrogate the solicitor for clarity. Luke explained this very well.

The process of selling a house is complex with a number of professionals involved. I feel that when this became stressful Lisa was available to answer my questions and guide me through in addition to the estate agents. I felt in very safe legal hands.

Excellent service for both work with probate on late mother's estate and understanding the issues. Also excellent service in selling property, especially when taking into account the aborted sale due to death of Paul part way through the process.

Chloe was amazing. She communicated with us all the way and we really felt she had our best interests in mind. Nothing was too much. If we ever contacted her she replied immediately. She took a lot of the stress out of moving. We would really recommend Chloe and Amy Clarke.

Excellent communications, friendly and timely. Great contact with solicitor, house sale and purchase managed well, no issues, very satisfied.
This company represented the seller of my new home. It was my fifth property purchase and also the worst experience I have had. A week before completion they just stopped communicating with my solicitor, the estate agent and the seller said they had been quiet with him too. I had an awful weekend not knowing if I was moving or whether I needed to cancel my removals because they weren't communicating. On the day before completion they were still being awkward and saying they weren't ready to exchange and my seller had to put his shoes on and go to their offices to sort out what it was that was holding up proceedings as he was wanting completion too. Finally they exchanged on the afternoon prior to completion and I was able to let my removal company know they were okay to come. From the perspective of both seller and buyer it was an appalling service. I'd not be happy if my solicitor treated my purchaser with such disrespect not to mention the way they treated him and kept him in the dark. Not the way a decent solicitors works, I'd avoid at all costs rather than let them loose with any kind of conveyancing work!
Efficient solicitors with excellent communication. I have used them on two occasions and will definitely use them again in future. The whole team are kind, considerate and very professional. I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.
