The experience of family court itself was the worst possible period of my life - however, having Philippa and Nichola on my side provided me with the framework I needed to make it through. I received good care and support, along with sound legal advice and assistance with all legal matters surrounding multiple and lengthy court hearings. The advice included honest conversations about my case - where I was able to ask any questions I had, and shared any worries or concerns. I don't envy anyone finding themselves in a family court situation, but if you do, then you really need a solid team behind you. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend both Philippa and Nicola. I also thank them for the support and compassion they showed me during our time - and of course, the sound legal advice that I received throughout the whole process.

Emily has been with us as a family from a long standing family matter and remained professional throughout the case both in and out the court room , acting upon urgent matters without delay bringing it to a resolution that put the children first no matter what and got the best possible outcome we could have ever hoped for, a true dedicated professional who has worked tirelessly with the main aim of been child focused and a true credit to family law.

I was referred to them through NIDAS/Women's Aid, not only communication was slow but also had absolutely no help. During my contact with them my son was abducted 2x by his father, I’ve called and send several emails and got little to no reply. I requested to go to Court and get a CAO in Feb, nothing done. Went court because my ex out an application through (but then withdrew it). You’ll get a lot of empty words like “if you need any help feel free to contact” all for nothing because you’ll email, weeks and months will pass by and you’ll not even get “hello”. They’ll arrange call meeting and call backs with you but won’t call you or explain what or why the call didn’t happen. Reception will tell you “I’ll leave a note and mark ar urgent” trust me, you’ll see no urgency. I’m still waiting for a reply for emails I’ve sent in April. We are now in September. Then told me my legal aid is finished but here I’m am, still enduring abuse from my ex, my son remains missing school and no guidance at all on next steps. When I first got in touch I felt a light at the end of the tunnel but it was just a illusion. I’ve now just given up because I have no mental capacity to fight.. maybe when something more serious happen to us, someone will try “care” or try do their job.
If it was possible to do zero stars I would .. I was just about to actually name and shame a certain person but in doing that this could affect us in the long run. ... But after seeing they offer a service for child abduction I'm gonna hazard a guess that the whole Grimsby branch is a shambles I mean accidents are one thing but knowingly committing an offence then ghosting when caught out... Just wow...

I'm having a dispute with my developers regarding two dangerous trees at the front of my property that are causing havoc to my driveway and foundations which are under a covennant. Becky scott was very diligent and hardworking throughout the whole process, always contactable to offer clear, concise advise. I look forward to re-opening the case when i am in a position to do so.

Simon was brilliant , explained everything straight forward and pointed me in the right direction. If I hadn’t have had a meeting with Simon I would have gone down a different avenue and made Myself look a fool. Simon is straight talking very informative and too the point.
