Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

I cannot recommend Sairish highly enough. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We purchased a property through auction, which by its very nature comes with tight, unforgiving deadlines. On top of that, we ran into significant complications with our mortgage provider that created real uncertainty and stress throughout the process. Despite all of this, Sairish was an absolute rock. Her communication was exceptional, always prompt, always clear, and she kept us in the loop at every single stage without us ever having to chase. She had clearly thought everything through well in advance, anticipating issues before they became problems and always having a plan ready. Whenever we hit an obstacle, she was already ahead of it, working through solutions before we even had to ask. In what could have been an incredibly stressful experience, Sairish made us feel supported and in safe hands every step of the way. She clearly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients. If you are buying a property, particularly anything time-sensitive like an auction purchase look no further. Sairish is absolutely the solicitor you want in your corner.

I used Pepperells for my conveyancing services and was assigned to Paige. Some people made comments about having a trainee solicitor but I was in the same position starting my career less than a year ago and I trusted she had my best interests at heart. That trust really paid off because simply put she was brilliant. I knew nothing about this house buying process as a first time buyer but she made sure I felt completely supported and explained everything anytime I asked or queried any sort of legal jargon. I would recommend her to anyone because she made this experience so much easier and I feel like I was able to escape a lot of the house buying stress with Paige because she made sure I felt so supported. What an amazing service!

Could not recommend Paige at Pepperells enough! Communication was excellent, Paige ensured to kept me updated the whole way through. Everything was always explained clearly and she made what could have been a stressful process, much easier. I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
