We sought advice regarding a lifetime tenancy agreement, this guidance was taken forward during a dispute with our landlord. Partway through the process, the case was transferred to another solicitor due to the original solicitor’s annual leave. After the handover, the advice and approach changed significantly. As a result, we were charged additional fees of approximately £850 for the review and the revised advice. I felt unable to challenge these costs, as I could not afford the risk of further fees being added

Charlotte Johnson of Pepperells Solicitors was extremely helpful to my siblings and myself in navigating the legal side of our late fathers estate. Dad's will laid out his wishes but had not been signed which meant it was not legal. In order to carry out his wishes Charlotte advised us what to do and of all the costs involved before we made a decision to take the advice given. All the work was completed in good time and the Letters of Administration and Deed of Variation were back with us within 8 weeks meaning we could sort out all the financial issues and ensure that our parents wishes are carried out.

completely satisfied with the services and Luke interpretation skills. However it is sad that in this day and age, wills are written in a legalise jargon that the intelligent layperson cannot fully comprehend and therefore you have to interrogate the solicitor for clarity. Luke explained this very well.

The process of selling a house is complex with a number of professionals involved. I feel that when this became stressful Lisa was available to answer my questions and guide me through in addition to the estate agents. I felt in very safe legal hands.
Really pleased with the level of service provided for the transfer and remortgage of property. Daniel and Jodie were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, any queries I had were explained in detail and responded to quickly. Both were always polite and re-assuring. All went smoothly and dealt with in a professional manner.

Paige was great throughout the whole process , regardless of how many time I asked the same thing I got a pleasant fast response. No legal Jargon just down to earth honest answers. She got my sale and purchase through in less than 4 months considering UK average for a straight purchase no chain is 4 months I cannot complain 100% would use her and the service again.

I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
