I contacted Ramsdens for information regarding a potential medical claim. I was understandably anxious and had no previous experience of the process. The team I dealt with were fantastic. There was no judgement regarding my enquiry. The paperwork I had to complete was easy to understand and any difficulty I had was supported. My potential Claim was dealt with by Mr. Nick Stojanovic. The process of involving a solicitor is stressful and once illness or injury is factored in this can become overwhelming. Nick really put me at ease. He listened without judgement, explained which information we would need to move forward. Nick is very calming in his nature and he really knows his profession. I was updated at every step and was never made to feel like I was just another client. This made me feel like I was seen and heard. I feel this is irreplaceable in providing a service. My claim did not have the requirements to move forward. However, the professional and personable manner is invaluable and I can only thank you.

Generally pretty good. It did take a while to get things over the line but it was a complicated transaction. Not 5 star because there were times when we had to provide the same information several times and that was very frustrating.
