A wonderful team of solicitors. I used them as they were also my late mother and father-in-law's solicitors. They helped me when my late husband did not have a will in place when he died on 16th December 2018. He died under intestate rules. I had to go through probate and that took a while to sort out his Estate. It is very important to put your affairs in order before your death and things will run more smoothly.

Our initial response was affected by the dark, dingy room where the first interview took place. However, as we talked to Emily, it became clear that we were in good hands. She inspired confidence with her knowledge and friendly yet professional approach. She made useful suggestions to deal with our particular situations which were not entirely straightforward and explained the implications of our decisions. We understand that she is in her final year at university and we think that she would be an asset to any firm of solicitors. I can say this with confidence since I educated and trained many students during my academic career.

Despite knowing my available resources they continued to work, producing no results, even after I told them to stop. The complaint was poorly and slowly handled. I would have been better to simply have donated my money to charity and do the work myself rather than allow the firm to simply burn through my money for no results. I'm now left in debt and with none of the issues resolved.

Just when you need your legal team

For a property purchase that fell through in the very early stages, charged 50% of the total fee quoted. Unethical is how I would summarize their service. Review Solicitors is the website where we're expected to review their service and having written it there, I could see that it never appears there as long as it's a negative review. That should tell you the reality and no wonder they make it look like their are reviewed wonderfully and I hope they could not control Google reviews too. From their quote: "50% of the conveyancer’s Fees referred to above plus any disbursements incurred when instructions are withdrawn after the drafting of a contract for sale." - reference from their quote - but there was no draft of a contract as such at this point but still sent a bill for 50% fee. When asked for a draft of the contract, all I was sent is a document that has got barely any details - there should be a minimum fairness and I wish I had all the time I wanted so I would deal with them legally. Please keep away and trust me, there are reasonable solicitors out there!

It's a Solicitors.

Been excellent in every aspect of law except for my divorce. Had no response from them even after leaving messages and emails. Not acted in time and sent out information late so I haven had time to get ready for court. Now they aren't answering the exwifes solicitors so they are on about taking me to court again. The solicitor handling my case has not been very helpful
