excellent service from Suzanne and Priscilla and colleagues who picked up when a previous legal representative moved on. These two steered us through a particularly difficult time wit a number of other parties not moving forward at any kind pace. Don't think we would have made it through with these people. Ellie has been very helpful she was always ready to answer any questions/queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Ellie’s knowledge & expertise is f my situation was extremely good. Rothera Bray recently represented me in court for a driving offence and their service was second to none. Everyone that dealt with me, namely Chelsey, Georgina and especially Anton in court , were absolutely amazing. I also extend this to those working behind the scenes. They were friendly, compassionate and very understanding and at a time when I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed by everything they really put me at ease. The outcome was excellent for me following Anton's representation. I was so happy , I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend Rothera Bray and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although I am NOT planning on finding myself in a similar situation EVER again! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nelissa at Rothera Bray in Loughborough. She has the ability to make complicated issues understandable, to enable you to consider options and reach a decision (we were completing our wills and updating a Deed of Trust). Additionally Nelissa is very thorough, approachable and efficient, producing our documents within days. Nelissa feels like ‘a safe pair of hands’ .
