Absolute disgrace of a firm. Handling my late mother's £690,000 estate, where she left a meager £2,000 legacy to Babbington Dog Rescue. These people have attempted to use legal maneuvers to protect a house share and avoid properly distributing or administering the estate as required. Completely unethical behavior. Avoid at all costs. Edit…. "You claim publicly that you have done nothing wrong and are not instructed in the administration. Yet, you have put in writing that you will advise your clients to market the estate's property while simultaneously acknowledging my sister's beneficial interest. Rothera Bray is fully aware that the extracted grant does not match the true ownership of the property. As officers of the court, solicitors have a fundamental duty of honesty to the court—you cannot facilitate or advise on the marketing of property under a grant you know to be misaligned with true beneficial interests."

We used Ed Granger to sort out our late fathers probate and to tie up some very confusing loose ends with our late mothers probate. Ed was absolutely fantastic at every stage. He always explained things in a way we could understand and he always got back to us regarding any queries we had within a few hours. He sent us regular updates so we always knew what was going on. He managed to finalise a really complicated situation with our mothers probate and a Trust which we had been unable to resolve through another legal company. Ed was professional but also very understanding and compassionate which made all the difference through a long and very emotional process. I had the great good fortune to have Sade Love and Shelby Richardson as the Conveyancing team for my sale of my home and purchase of my new home. Throughout both Sade and Shelby have provided beyond excellent service, dealing with issues and progressing the process to keep both sale and purchase in sync. Certainly it is true that this can be a most stressful process but Shelby was always at the end of the phone to reassure and explain matters, and Sade as lead, kept us informed and moved the issues and process forward with an expert eye on details.
