I have been delighted with the service I have received from Miller Hendry through dealing with my brother's estate, updating my will and finally dealing with house deeds. All staff have been understanding, efficient and quick to respond.

I used this company as it was my fathers solicitor when he died. They charged very high costs with little justification as the will was straight forward and we had consolidated his estate before his death as my sister and I had POA of his affairs in his latter years. To compound this they made several mistakes. they do not appear to double check work of junior staff. I could not recommend this company to anyone!
Lindsay’s were professional, helpful and managed my late step-father’s estate quickly and efficiently. Macy was always available when I needed to contact her and was kind and patient in answering any queries I had. I will definitely use Lindsay’s again in the future if required.
Lindsays were efficient, compassionate and professional. Simon helped ensure my Will and Power of Attorney were set out as required. All details were explained clearly and paperwork was dealt with very quickly. Cheryl completed the Discharge of Security for me. Again, she communicated at every juncture; making the process very straightforward. I would recommend them.
Lindsays handled all the legal work relating to my late father's estate, led by Lisa Hook. Throughout the process, Lisa was friendly, professional, and approachable. She kept me informed every step of the way, sharing what was happening now and next, and provided a consistently high level of service, making what could have been a stressful time easier. I felt in safe hands throughout and am very grateful for all of Lisa's work and would recommend her and the team at Lindsays.

We used Lindsay's in Dundee for our recent property sale and purchase and had Lisa Mannion acting on our behalf. In order to avoid missing out on the house we wanted which was moving to a closing date, we needed to move quickly. Lisa couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything in place to ensure we were in a strong position to submit an offer which was ultimately successful. The service provided by Lisa felt personal and like she completely understood our individual needs and I believe she went above and beyond in her engagement with the selling solicitors to ensure we were seen as the preferred bidder at the closing date. All in all, Lisa helped us go from considering moving to being in our new house within around 6/7 weeks and we couldn't be more thankful for her help.

I recently sold a property with Lindsays and highly recommend this firm. From the start, the EA team were very helpful and gave great advice. The property was listed quickly and Lindsays handled all the viewings. Once the property went under offer, it was passed to the conveyancing solicitor. Mairi was fantastic, she kept me up to date and was always available if I had any questions. Mairi's professionalism and support made the whole transaction simple and stress free.
