We recently used Lindsay's for preparation of our Wills, amendments to title deeds and registration of our PoA. We were delighted with the service we received. Lindsay and Joanna were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous, taking time to answer our questions and fully explain some of the more complex issues, backed up by the comprehensive information leaflets they provided. Thoroughly recommended.

We used Lindsay's in Dundee for our recent property sale and purchase and had Lisa Mannion acting on our behalf. In order to avoid missing out on the house we wanted which was moving to a closing date, we needed to move quickly. Lisa couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything in place to ensure we were in a strong position to submit an offer which was ultimately successful. The service provided by Lisa felt personal and like she completely understood our individual needs and I believe she went above and beyond in her engagement with the selling solicitors to ensure we were seen as the preferred bidder at the closing date. All in all, Lisa helped us go from considering moving to being in our new house within around 6/7 weeks and we couldn't be more thankful for her help.
