From the initial phonecall, to signing the legal documents, Ieuan acted promptly and professionally throughout the whole process. I don’t really understand why this firm have a low rating I tired a number of solicitors near me, this company being the last as it had low ratings. However they were the most helpful. Getting back to me in person and chatting to me with what I wanted. I most certainly will be seeking them out when I next need a solicitor So thank you very much for your help

I would definitely recommend Redkite solicitors. Staff from reception to the legal beavers are all very professional. The pictures on the walls of the old Gorseinon are lovely as well. And even at Christmas time they put up a beautiful Christmas tree 🎄. Always a joy to get to do business with them.

Expect your bill to be 3x their estimate. For work they didn’t tell you they were going to carry out without your permission. They didn’t let me know they had spent all the money on account and then all of a sudden my bill was more than double .. They then charged me an additional 1k for reading an email asking for a further quote on another task for reviewing files without my consent. Absolutely heartbreaking to be honest. Adding more stress to my already heartbreakingly stressful situation. I genuinely wish I never got in contact with them.
