Adam was my solicitor for almost 5 years when I was injured in a car accident in 2020. What would have usually been a simple case soon became complicated due to other health conditions which were unknown at the time. i am very dissatisfied with the service i have received not only were costs greatly inflated with no valid reason i felt intimidated by the solicitor who did not really help me feel at ease in fact she made things much worse and made me feel worse i have also learned she is also not an expert in contract dispute i learned at a later date i originally signed up to a basic fee of £1500 which over night escalated to £5000+ apparently due to my claim being urgent - it was not urgent in fact to date i have still not heard from court there was nothing pressingly urgent about it in my opinion the solicitor repeatedly seemed to be on the side of the other party and dd not make me feel supported at all im afraid i feel i was given inaccurate advise and have since instructed another legal person who has advised to keep the original defendent on the court order and let the judge decide i did not feel listened to merely judged as at the time it naturally made me ill she wrote x 2 letter to the defendents of which to date i have not received the final copy only the draft version with amendments to be done ?
