⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience I approached FBC because I was going through an incredibly difficult situation involving my daughter and genuinely hoped they would provide professional help and support. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was charged what I felt was an excessive amount of money, and when my circumstances changed and I lost my job, I found their attitude towards me became unpleasant and unsympathetic. When someone is dealing with a family matter involving their child, they are already under enormous pressure. I expected understanding, clear communication and professional support, particularly after paying significant fees. Instead, I was left extremely disappointed with how I felt I was treated. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend FBC. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to carefully understand the fees, what work will actually be carried out and what support you will receive before agreeing to anything. I have kept the correspondence and records relating to my experience and am prepared to raise my concerns through the appropriate complaint channels. A very disappointing experience at a time when I needed professional support the most.
