Had to downsize due to my wife's failing health, its been a challenge finding a bungalow last year to buy and move into. We needed to sell our original family home this year. I have recently sold my property in Liverpool and Peter Caswell at Taylor Bracewell Solicitos acted on my behalf and he was outstanding. This was a very difficult sale due to the fact that the other party's solicitors was excessive in their demand and clearly ignorant but Peter was very patient during what ended up being a long drawn out process. Peter maintained professionalism at every step, he was proactive and knowledgeable and provided every information demanded. Most importantly, he answered all my questions promptly each time and really stewarded the sale very well. I never thought we would get there due to the mountain of documentation the other party demanded but thanks to Peter's experience and patience, we got there.
