We instructed Banner Jones Solicitors to handle a disputed will. Our solicitor, initially instructed that the executor step down so the dispute could move forward, while communication was good at times, she was often unavailable, and the case went on for a long period without any clear answers or progress. Every piece of evidence possible was provided to fight the case, but the other side dragged the matter on without being properly challenged. The dispute was eventually ended and not long after we ended the dispute our solicitor left the firm. Since the executor has rejoined, it has been discovered that a huge mistake was made in the handling of the case by Banner Jones. This has left us feeling incredibly angry, stressed, and disappointed!! Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm!
Absolutely rubbish service from the probate team would definitely not use again

I couldn’t recommend the solicitors team highly enough. As a first-time buyer, purchasing my first property felt like a very daunting and stressful experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier and more straightforward than I ever expected. They were always incredibly responsive, professional and helpful whenever I had a question or needed an update. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt that things were being handled properly and that I was in safe hands. Buying your first home can be a very stressful period, but having such a supportive and efficient team behind me made a huge difference. Recently bought a house where the vendor was using these guys for the sale legals. Really don't know how they complete any property conveyance. Incompetent, slow and uncommunicative at best. Avoid, and don't be conned by their glittering 'awards' in their shop window
