Jenna was quite simply AMAZING!! From start to finish Jenna and her team acted with complete professionalism, empathy, compassion and accuracy. I had complete confidence in her at all times and the standards to which Jenna works to are to be admired and commended, the barrister on the day commented that the preparation of my documents was second to none and certainly helped us achieve the right outcome. Jenna and her co worker Olivia have both been superb communicators all the way through and I have never had to chase anything or wait any long period of time for them to get back to me. I would thoroughly recommend Jenna to anyone going through any family issues. She is a very special person and fantastic at her job and Olivia is certainly following suit. Thank you again ladies, you're the best.

I had the unfortunate experience to instruct HD to represent me. They fabricated calls and the calls they did have with me was Jenna explaining to me about her future ambitions, her sons birthday, Ant and Dec game shows and the strategy she’d have if she was on the game show. When I tried to steer her on track I was told “don’t worry I don’t charge for all this I like to build a rapport”. She then continued to charge me >£5,000 for calls that never occurred, working on things she was not instructed to work on and despite being told to stop billed for continuing to work on items and even consulted senior solicitors on items she was told not to work on and that only need a basic grasp of maths. I was quoted £5,000 from start to finish. Almost £5,000 in one month and Jenna did not start on my child arrangements and billed me for work I begged her to not do.

After having problems with our previous solicitor Keelie and Rhian were very quick to help us and fit us in with a days notice. Very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend
This firm does not provide continuity. My initial consultation was very helpful, however I was told that I would now need to speak to another solicitor if I want further advice. I would have never accepted this if I had been told continuity is not a priority. The firm came highly recommended to me, but I will not be able to pass this recommendation on.
I have just sold and bought a new house. I used Harrison Drury as they were recommended to me. Anthea Herd handled both sale and purchase. What an excellent solicitor she is. I cannot fault one thing about her service. You never had to chase her. She always gets back to you straight away if you ask her something. She kept everything in the chain fluid and was pivotal. I would not hesitate to recommend her services. When I think back to what my solicitor on my first time but was like it makes me shudder! Anthea is first class. Worth every penny. Thank you Anthea and the team.
Jackie Donnelly may actually be Jesus, given the miracles she performed regarding the sale of our house. The sale was extremely complicated due to our buyer's solicitor being closed down just prior to completion but Jackie managed to get things back on track and completed in time despite the best efforts of the new solicitors to scupper the sale. It pays to use local and deal with a local firm instead of a call centre solicitor. Thank you Jackie (or potentially our Lord and Saviour until proven otherwise). Your patience and determination were invaluable, and we really appreciate all your help.
Be very careful of this firm there fees are extremely expensive they will expedite on a matter for further cost and still not complete in time not to be trusted

I needed to get a declaration witnessed. From phoning ahead to getting the document signed it was most efficient and handled very pleasantly.
The team at Harrison Drury helped me through a particularly challenging situation during a recent property purchase process. Tracey McCambridge was invaluable in her advice and support, which ultimately got the sale over the line. I have used HD several times before, and every time the service has been most impressive. I don’t hesitate in strongly recommending them - they are a highly professional team with excellent communication, diligence and timeliness, and most of all I know I can trust them - and surely that matters more than anything else.
