    We instructed Attwells in the aftermath of the failure of the online firm we had been using. They could not have been more efficient kind responsive or effective. It started with a seemingly simple thing, having an actual person answering the telephone who was knowledgable about the firm and their business. Within seconds we were speaking to someone who could and did advise us how to proceed. They dealt with our now extremely urgent conveyancing quickly and professionally and we are in no doubt that without them the deal would have fallen through. In our chain we were the only people who could directly contact the person handling our file and in fact others were calling Attwells for assistance in reaching their solicitors. We never failed to speak to someone who could respond to our queries. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Finally I would like to add that the fee we paid was not that much higher than the online provider but in terms of value for money it was ridiculously good value.

    Our solicitor, Valerie Cheek, has patiently led us through every stage of buying our house. She was informative, very responsive, friendly and approachable (not something that you always associate with solicitors!). We highly recommend her.     We had a complex conveyance situation. Atwells were recommended and they were amazing. Lilly Bartlett in particular was so responsive and efficient and helped navigate us through in perfect time.
