Professional, Strategic and Human Throughout
I recently instructed Lloyd Clarke at Attwells in relation to a complex cross-border commercial dispute involving contractual issues, restrictive covenants and intellectual property matters. From the outset, Lloyd was pragmatic, commercially minded and refreshingly straightforward. What impressed me most was his ability to quickly grasp the practical and operational reality behind what was a very complicated situation, rather than simply looking at it in black and white. He was balanced in his advice, clear about both the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and extremely thorough in the work produced. The response prepared was robust, well considered and strategically very smart. Equally important on a personal level, for the first time during this process I genuinely felt that someone had my back and was properly guiding me through what had become a very stressful situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd and Attwells to anyone dealing with a difficult commercial or contractual dispute.
