Jane was extremely approachable and helped me understand the more complex legal phrases. She also looked after my interests by challenging overly onerous restrictions in the proposed agreement. Peter and Sara handled the sale of our previous property and the purchase of our new home, and we would highly recommend their services without hesitation. The process turned out to be far from straightforward, our first sale fell through, and we faced some significant challenges with the second buyer, but Peter and Sara navigated every obstacle with professionalism, patience and clear communication throughout. What really stood out was how proactive they were. We were always kept informed at every stage and never felt left in the dark, even when things got complicated. They clearly have a wealth of experience dealing with tricky situations and it showed, nothing fazed them and they always had a plan. We’re now happily settled in our new home and are so grateful to Peter and Sara for getting us there.

Two probate matters followed by a drawn-out, challenging house sale (led by partner Jeremy Jupp). Transparent and sensible on costs, professional and highly supportive.
