Very helpful and accommodating. Bit difficult to find the entrance to the office but we got there in the end. Disabled friendly, but no disabled toilet which is a bit unusual as it's a fairly new building, and they're well organised.

I cannot recommend Elite, highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely listened to, supported and cared for while putting my Will together. The advice and guidance I received from were Yasmin Hoque, was exceptional. She gave me considerably more of her time than I was entitled to, patiently answered all my questions, and even took the time to advise me on things I may need to consider in the future. That level of kindness and generosity is very rare. What could have been a daunting process was made so much easier by her professionalism, knowledge and, above all, her genuine compassion. As a fellow Muslim, I also particularly appreciated the understanding she showed towards my wishes and the importance of getting everything right. I would highly recommend Elite Law Solicitors. They helped us with the sale of my mum’s property and also handled obtaining probate for my father. During what was already a difficult and emotional time for our family. Charlotte Rhodes, Kamila Brodowska and Danielle Syed were incredibly professional, helpful and understanding. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary and very costly delays, and a final bill (£4,975) ending up at more than DOUBLE their original quote (£1,900). Five thousand pounds to sell a modest 2-bedroom flat in Glouscestershire. Just about every email I sent was met with an out-of-office automatic reply, and it would take days to get an actual response. They were attentive for the first few weeks after instruction, but within two months I felt like I was constantly chasing them. Kalim Akhtar was polite, but far from responsive and not especially respectful of the time and money being wasted. Yes, there were issues and delays caused by the flat's management company, but I would have expected a large firm with multiple offices to be able to handle what should have been a simple transaction with more efficiency and attention. I truly regret not using a local solicitor and being taken in by Elite's initial quote.

I chose this firm due to the postive reviews. I explained my multi part complex situation and Elite Hitchin said they could absolutely help. Then I was passed onto another site. After receiving an estimate, I noticed there was 2 sets of duplicate chargers which I questioned. I was told they were necessary, however other firms confirmed they weren't. After questioning the duplicate charges and signing the acceptance form, I was then quickly dismissed by Elite and was instructed to use another firm entirely. I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I personally wouldn't use Elite for anything complex.
