Ben james and his team were so good taking care of my sale and purchase, i was informed everystep of the way and barely did a thing, my sale and purchase was wrapped up in no time no delays any hiccups dealt with super quickly.

Well where do I even start. I put my house up for sale on Boxing Day last year and things just didn’t go my way at all (for all sorts of reasons). Amount of work that Alison and Louise had to do for us to finally complete is actually unreal. There was a lot of chasing involved and a lot of enquiries. They were both on it and chasing as much as possible and keeping me updated at all times. I am so grateful for everything they have done and for making our dream come true. Knowing that I always had them both on the other end of the phone made me feel relaxed about the whole process. Absolutely amazing service and I will always recommend them both to my friends and family. The best team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank Ellena at Bond & Turner enough for all her help and support with my case. She was professional, helpful, and provided excellent advice throughout. Her communication was fantastic, and she always kept me informed and followed everything through. I would highly recommend Ellena to anyone needing support with their case. Thank you for everything!

I’ve used Blacks Solicitors for several buy-to-let completions and have received excellent service throughout. A special thank you to Aldene , whose clear communication, responsiveness and professionalism have made each purchase a smooth and positive experience. She has kept me informed at every stage and has always been helpful and approachable. Having worked with other solicitors previously, I’ve particularly appreciated the service from Aldene and the wider team at Blacks. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a property, especially fellow landlords.

Laura was excellent. She took real care with my daughter's application which led to a successful outcome. Thank you.

I used MBH to buy my property recently and the process was very smooth. Robyn especially was fantastic and I was kept fully up to date throughout the whole process and she got our side through within 8 weeks. Highly recommend :)
