Rebecca managed my interests in a share sale / restructuring transaction to facilitate my partial exit from a limited company. This was a fairly complex transaction involving setting up a new holding company, the transfer of shares, the sale of shares and new service agreements for the directors. To be honest I wasn't looking forward to working through the legal process to make this transaction happen but Rebecca (and the team at Forbes) made it seem easy. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are purchasing in a company name using another solicitor. They told us last minute that we need to use another Solicitor and give a Personal Guarantee. Mohammed was recommended and he explained the reasons why we needed it. Why the broker or their referral solicitor couldn't explain this to us earlier, I do not know. BMTC dealt with it last minute and Mohammed treated us like humans and not just throwing complicated jargon at us. We managed to complete on target despite this being thrown at us last minute. Thank you
