I recently had a situation where a builder had taken a significant amount of money from me and had not completed the works. Keith's no nonsense practical approach and mastery of the law resulted in judgement against the defendants, enabling me to recover all amounts owed and most of my costs via a high court enforcement officer. At all points through the process Keith kept me informed of my options, managed expectations and took a strategic approach which resulted in the judgement being received in record time, saving on legal fees and months of stress. With Keith you get so much more than a solicitor who is an expert regarding the law. You get a results focussed individual who will communicate clearly with you at all stages and support you to find the most efficient way to resolve any legal matter he deals with. I am very thankful that Keith was recommended to me, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any legal matters relating to property.

Michael Horne and Kidwell Solicitors we’re recommended by a friend. Having called them I was connected with Michael within minutes and following a friendly, down to earth conversation with him, had the advice and information I required. Given my circumstances of being totally ‘ripped off’ in a vehicle purchase, I was extremely worried about the costs involved with speaking to a solicitor. Simply not the case!! Sound, frank, down to earth, no nonsense advice from Michael; No charge, given links to Civil Action without hesitation or ‘sales pitch!’ I would highly recommend a phone call in any situation with Kidwell Solicitors... Thank you Michael

Thanks very much Mr Herbert for your kindness and professional experience you have demonstrated during our meeting, I look forward to take my case further with your professional experience.

Jack was excellent in everything he had done and achieved in such a short space of time, something that we had been trying to resolve ourselves with no joy because things just get to complicated. Thank you so much jack
