“Very happy with the service from Phil Moir and the larger team at Richard Reed. Never having had the need previously for any legal advice/help the matter did seem somewhat daunting to me but Mr Moir has been helpful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. The matter hasn’t been fully resolved as yet….but we are nearly there and I’m very pleased with the service so far.”

“I think when getting Legal advice it can be a real mistake to go for the cheapest price! I am glad I did not do that and instructed Pool Alcock to act on my behalf in a land dispute. Everything was left to them and this resulted in winning my case - it looked like the person I was in dispute with went for the 'cheaper' Solicitor... A special mention for one of the partners Daniel Brookes who was superb from start to finish. Highly recommended..........”

What Consumer Rights clients highlight
“I contacted Natasha after a well known brand ignored my rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Natasha quickly grasped the key points, the law specifically around the dispute and approached the well known brand with the claim in a very timely fashion. The well known brand immediately responded and we obtained a full refund of not only the cost of the appliance, but legal fees and out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Natasha to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation. ”
