I had some legal advice via video call from Camillia, her knowledge & help was excellent, I wasn't rushed, she explained everything clearly & I cannot recommend Camillia highly enough. I changed my Solicitors to Josiah Hincks a couple of years ago & have used their services for a sale, then a purchase of property & also their Will service. Trisha acted for my mother during the purchase of a 'new-build' barn conversion. She had to work with some disorganised solicitors on the vendors side (the vendor admitted this) but worked hard to protect my mothers interests and kept us informed throughout the process

Very efficient service, reasonable rates, highly recommended.
Laurie was fantastic throughout the whole transaction. The property was purchased under auction terms, so there were tight deadlines and plenty to get through in a short time.
