Top 10 of 1,413 law firms for Terms and Conditions Advice, Contract Law

Law firms ranked by client reviews

Terms and conditions advice covers the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts that govern how a business interacts with customers, suppliers and partners. It includes writing or revising standard terms, limitations of liability, warranty and data use clauses, payment terms, delivery arrangements and dispute resolution provisions. A solicitor in this area translates business aims into precise, enforceable terms, checks for gap risks, and aligns documents with consumer or commercial law to protect a client’s commercial position.

What a solicitor handles in these matters

A solicitor handles the drafting and refinement of standard terms, negotiates responses to counteroffers, identifies hidden liabilities, and ensures compliance with applicable consumer or competition rules. They specify governing law, jurisdiction, data protection considerations, and remedies for breach, while coordinating with suppliers, customers and internal teams to prevent misinterpretation and dispute escalation.

Zoe Harker Smith

Tagged solicitor Zoe Harker Smith

We had an awful experience with Utility Bidder who tried to get a rather large sum of money from our company in commission for a service they were unable to provide for us. They were using bully boy tactics and trying to frighten us. Zoe was remarkable with her defence, especially in gathering evidence of all communication including the recorded phone calls. We felt so supported and were able to push this to one side as Zoe dealt with everything for us and we are pleased that Utility Bidder finally gave up. Using Sleep Blackwell, was money well spent that in the end saved us a fortune as opposed to paying Utility Bidder.
