I am truly grateful to Suzannah for her help and support in making our first home purchase a smooth and positive experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and attentive solicitor. Suzannah listening skills are truly top-notch!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jordan Oakes and the team at SME Solicitors. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Jordan made everything so much easier. Jordan was fantastic throughout the process – his communication was excellent, he was always quick to respond, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and guide us through each stage. He was always happy to answer our questions and provide advice whenever we needed it. Even though Jordan was on annual leave when we exchanged, the wider team at SME were incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive, ensuring everything continued to progress smoothly. Thanks to Jordan’s hard work and the team’s efficiency, we completed our purchase in just 8 weeks, which was amazing. We always felt we were in safe hands and kept updated throughout. We would highly recommend Jordan and everyone at SME Solicitors to anyone looking for a professional, approachable, and reliable conveyancing team. Thank you for helping us buy our first home!

I had the privilege of using Blacks Solicitors in purchasing 4 properties. Blacks LLP was recommended by a colleague of mine, and hence I followed through with this. I wasn't disappointed by this. The work done was efficient, advice to me was always welcome, communication was good. Claire Cooper worked well with me as did her assistant Libby Jackson. Thank you to both.

Fast, professional service - I needed an adjustment to our title deed. The error was identified, pointed out to us with a clear advice on what needed to be done. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently.

This is the 4th house conveyancing that Kellie and her team have done for us. On one occasion a rare obscure technical issue others had missed ,was spotted. So important that we stopped the purchase. Whenever we contact the office they are clearly happy to help with the query, and, as a team are cheerful and determined to take pressure off the client; a welcome feeling on which to end a phone call. We have absolute confidence in the knowledge and abilities of Kellie and her team.

Bakshi and her team guided us through a very complicated sale particularly concerning a land issue. Whatever hurdles came up (and there were plenty), Bakshi over and again went the extra mile to find solutions. This in addition to all the other issues around the sale and purchase of the properties. We all particularly looked forward to visiting the office, seeing Bakshi in person. She made us feel welcome and important clients, and was very very patient with us. Other appointments were with members of her team who also could not have been kinder or more efficient. We will certainly come to Bakshi again when and if we need legal support and have no hesitation in recommending her unconditionally.

I've just completed on my house purchase, Hannah Edgley is very easy to deal with and actually replies to you. I would definitely recommend to use her if you are looking for a quality solicitor
