Kathryn therefore argued for an outcome of 'conditional discharge', which was granted by the courts. It's worth noting that this was outside of sentencing guidelines. Her passion to demonstrate my usual character, judgement and background - and acute mental health crisis at the time of my unwanted messages and gift - is what helped us to achieve what felt like genuine justice.
