The purchase of any property is never going to be a smooth ride, but, Samera at Stephens Wilmot made the process as painless as possible and was absolutely brilliant. Any time I had questions, and there were a few as I am a FTB, she answered promptly, proffesionally but most importantly clearly. Would reccomend!

I didn't have a great experience with these guys and would not be returning to use the services they offer. It was slow, poor communication and at times caused issues in my house purchase

The fixed fee did not reflect the final completion statement. Fee’s were increased and an additional fee was added on without prior knowledge.

Much chasing, no regular updates and communication was very poor. Solicitor was knowledgeable but could never get hold of her. Having used 3x different conveyancers for previous property moves, this one was by far the worst.
Emma, along with Elise, has been amazing. What started out as a simple, no-chain, house sale turned into something much more complicated. Emma guided me through the processes, acted entirely in my best interest, kept me informed and dealt with everything that was thrown at us efficently and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Stephens Wilmot and, if the need ever arises again, I'll be straight back on the phone. Five stars isn't enough, she deserves a whole constellation.

We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)
