Cheryl Head and her exec assistant Tracy looked after me and my interests throughout the process. They were transparent, explained things in a way that I could understand and their communication was incredible throughout. Having had a difficult and failed process buying last year, they ensured that this time I got to experience the joy of buying a home. They were not only brilliant and efficient but also exceptionally kind. As a bonus, they also completed the process ahead of the original schedule. I can’t recommend them and their firm enough.

This is the second time my partner and I have used SW Wilmot Solicitors for house purchase, both times supported by the lovely Jo. Jo has dedicated herself to her profession and customer satisfaction so beautifully, it is a joy to collaborate with her. Jo put as at the heart of her work, was professionally and timely with her communication and definitely went over and beyond in her role, chasing various parties in the chain with professionalism and respect and ensuring a great level of transparency and respect with all parties. If it wasn't for Jo's expert work, I doubt our house move would have occured as effectively and within the time frames required. Jo is a credit to her profession and employer.

This is now my third time using this firm. Daniel is really dedicated and fast! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone that needs their services. A really trustworthy company. Daniel even emailed on information at the weekend to ensure I was well informed. When you come across an excellent company especially with things concerning the law and buying / selling a home, hold them close! Price wise, they are extremely good value.

I had a great experience with Stephens Wilmot Solicitors during my house purchase. My case was handled by Caroline Facey, who was excellent throughout the process. Although the transaction took longer than expected due to delays from the seller's solicitor, Caroline was proactive, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked hard to keep things moving. We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)
