What should have been a simple house sale to a first time buyer was complicated by a trivial rent charge which lost us one purchaser, and caused issues with a second purchaser that was resolved very efficiently by Cheryl Head and her team.

We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)
