Having lost my husband in 2023 I decided it was about time I made my will and sorted my power of attorneys out. I met with Simon who put me straight at ease and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon made quite a few draft copies without any fuss at all until I was 100% happy with the completed draft.

Selling my late parents house - which was not straightforward. Excellent advice and help from Cheryl Head and Tracey. Cannot fault the customer care from both these ladies at such a difficult time. Our conveyancer, Natalie Arlett-Buffery, and her assistant Rhys Curtis (who we mainly dealt with by phone) were professional, efficient, and always easy to reach. We were part of a three-way chain, and despite our buyer’s solicitors being slow and unresponsive, Natalie and Rhys kept things moving and handled every issue calmly and competently.
